DITHERM builds its organisational structure on 4 levels. Positions on each level operate both in the horizontal form of management (responsibilities, competencies and target outputs) and in co-operation with other vertical positions according to the needs and demands of projects. Thus are managed individual responsibilities and goals inside the company. For each project are build new project teams, which ensure timely and quality work towards the customer, effective technical solutions, correct communication with costumer and mutual substitutability.
